Westbourne Associates run programs for clients to support the development of their staff; bringing practical tools to improve day to day performance and bring teams together.

Cohorts range in size from approx 12-45 people (for larger groups split into parallel running cohorts) and are usually conducted over 6 or 9 months

The content we deliver is both accessible and relevant, addressing the real-life challenges that participants encounter on a daily basis.

Our latest program delivered over 6 months – JUMP (Join Us for Mastering Performance), focuses on key areas of professional development. The workshops cover a range of key topics, including Successful Meetings, Effective Communication, Delivering Feedback, Coaching Fundamentals, and Building Resilience. We usually use a blended approach, offering coaching and assessments alongside the broader program. This provides an essential part of the learning and development offering, as it responds to the specific individual needs of the participants; tailoring to their unique experiences and challenges.
