Prior to becoming a full-time coach, Agi worked successfully in Financial Services recruitment for six years as a Director managing three teams. As a result, she is well versed dealing with senior leadership, a fast paced environment and demanding targets.
Operating at a very high level, Agi built the tools and resources she needed to stay calm and confident, regardless of the stress and challenges she faced. Her energy and positivity radiated throughout and inspired others to follow suit. Agi naturally focuses on strengths and finds the upside, infecting others with this mindset and ensuring that goals become a reality.
Since Financial Services recruitment, Agi trained as a professional coach and subsequently built her coaching practice in London, and now in Singapore, working with both corporates and individuals. In addition, Agi facilitates workshops and programs with Protégé as a Senior Consultant on their mentoring programs supporting female. talent in Asia. Agi is a certified DDI Facilitator.
Born in the US, having grown up in Hong Kong, studied in the UK and currently residing in Singapore with her family, Agi works with clients cross-culturally and is confident in coaching people from all walks of life.
In May 2021, Agi published her first book, Generation Panic, filled with tools & techniques for anxious professionals to get back on track.
Agi now coaches driven and ambitious individuals to perform consistently at their best. She is on a mission to enable talent with strategies and techniques to ensure their success and high performance. She also runs and facilitates leadership programmes to support leaders in operating effectively.

Since joining the team in May 2022, Sheryl has been managing the social media platforms and helped put together branded documents and proposals for Westbourne Associates. Apart from administrative duties of the company, Sheryl is also currently working on creating an online coaching programme to offer clients of Westbourne Associates.
During her free time, Sheryl enjoys spending quality time with her family by going for long walks and spending time at the beach together.

Westbourne Associates has links and connections worldwide. For larger assignments, Agi pulls together a panel of Associate coaches and facilitators. They are all ICF accredited, highly trained and excellent coaches trained to Westbourne Associate’s methodology in order to guarantee the highest levels of success.
Our network of coaches and facilitators are primarily based in UK, Singapore, and Australia, however, Agi has a far-reaching network and for some projects can work with coaches on the ground to meet the assignment requirements if there is a need for face-to-face coaching rather than virtual.
