Mentor Coaching is a valuable opportunity for growth and development. It provides a space to refine your skills, strengthen your coaching presence, and enhance your effectiveness with clients.

Agi is a certified ICF Mentor Coach who partners with individuals seeking to:

• Improve their coaching practice
• Gain clarity on strengths and blind spots
• Build confidence and self-awareness
• Progress toward their next ICF credential

Mentor Coaching typically supports coaches through certification or as they work towards their next credentialled level. Sessions provide space to clarify objectives, set meaningful goals, and receive constructive feedback in a supportive environment.

• ICF credentialing requirements are at least 10 hours over a minimum of 3 months with a qualified ICF coach (at or above the credential level you are applying for)
