Agi is an experienced Leadership Coach, Facilitator, and Author with a proven track record of helping leaders thrive under pressure. A certified CTI coach, PCC, and Master NLP Practitioner, she brings a blend of expertise, energy and empathy to her work. She is also the author of Generation Panic: Simple & Empowering Techniques to Combat Anxiety – a practical guide to building calm and confidence in today’s fast-paced world.

With over a decade of coaching, training, and assessment experience, Agi has worked across cultures and industries to support leaders and teams. After moving to Singapore in 2018, she founded Westbourne Associates Pte Ltd, working globally with organisations and individuals for all their development needs including tailored leadership development programs, coaching, facilitations, assessments & diagnostics.

Her career began in Financial Services recruitment, where she spent six years as a Director leading and managing multiple teams before transitioning into coaching full-time..

When she’s not coaching, you’ll find Agi attempting to improve her golf swing or building LEGO® creations with her kids.
