Hi, I’m Agi
“Agi is someone you immediately feel at ease with — I can’t thank her enough
for her sensitivity, enthusiasm, and importantly, her determination
to help me reach my full potential”
“Agi is a wonderful coach – insightful, creative, professional and
exceptionally understanding. Look no further!“
As the youngest female Director of a fast-paced and growing business, who has managed her own anxiety while leading high-performing teams, Agi works with rising and high-achieving leaders to stay energized, positive and resilient, even in times of high pressure and big change.
Prior to becoming a full-time coach, Agi worked successfully in Financial Services recruitment for six years as a Director managing three teams. As a result, she is well versed dealing with senior leadership, a fast paced environment and demanding targets; the challenges her clients face on a personal level.
“I understand the pressure you are facing. It was only when I had coaching did I realise that I had a choice and that perspective is everything. I want to give clients the same choices”
Since Financial Services recruitment, Agi trained as a professional coach (CPCC & PCC qualified and a Certified NLP Practitioner) and subsequently built her coaching practice in London, and now in Singapore, working with both corporates and individuals – coaching professionals through challenging times at work. Her services include one-on-one Executive Coaching, Leadership Development Programs and group Facilitations.
Agi was born in the US, grew up in Hong Kong, studied in the UK and now lives in Singapore with her family. As a result, she works with clients cross-culturally, and is confident coaching people from all walks of life.
Agi has also written her first book, Generation Panic, filled with tools & techniques for anxious professionals to get back on track, which is being published in May 2021. Find out more at http://www.generationpanic.com
Agi spends her “free” time with her husband running after two young kids in the Lion City!

Associates – Executive Coaches
Westbourne Associates has links and connections world-wide. For larger assignments, Agi pulls together a panel of Associates. They are all ICF accredited, highly trained and excellent coaches trained to Westbourne Associate’s methodology.
The main locations of Associate links are UK, Singapore and Australia, however she has a far reaching network and for some projects can work with coaches on the ground to meet the assignment requirements if there is a need for face-to-face coaching rather than virtual.
